Why Gently Cooked Food Trumps Kibble & Wet Food
You see it in their bowl every day: processed kibble or wet food from a packet. But what’s really in it, and is it giving your furry family member the vibrant health they deserve?
Gently cooked homemade food isn’t a trend—it’s a return to natural, species-appropriate nutrition. Here’s how it makes a profound difference:
The Real Health Benefits of Gently Cooked Food:
Superior Digestibility & Nutrient Absorption: Gentle cooking breaks down fibers and proteins, making vitamins and minerals easier for your dog’s body to absorb than from hard, processed kibble. This means more nutrition from every bite and less waste to clean up.
No Hidden Fillers or Mystery Meats: Unlike many store-bought options that use inflammatory fillers like corn, wheat, and soy, our meals are made with recognizable, whole-food ingredients. What you see is what they get.
Natural Hydration: Our food has a high moisture content, similar to a dog’s natural prey. This supports kidney function, urinary tract health, and overall hydration, unlike dry kibble which can be dehydrating.
Ideal for Sensitive Systems: For dogs with allergies, sensitivities, or weight issues, our customized recipes eliminate common triggers. You get precise control over every ingredient that goes into their bowl, something impossible with mass-produced food.
Increased Energy & a Vibrant Coat: A diet rich in fresh, bioavailable nutrients from quality proteins and healthy fats directly translates to shinier coats, healthier skin, and higher energy levels.
Homemade vs. Store-Bought: There’s No Comparison.

The Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO) recommends a minimum of 18% protein for adult dogs, 22% for puppies, and 28% for pregnant or nursing dogs. However, these recommendations may only be suitable for some dogs, and it is essential to consider the factors that affect your dog’s protein needs. These are taken into effect when making your dog’s meal plan.

“I want to thank you because H***’s eyes were very red and strange before and now they are not, even her hair and in general she looks much prettier and healthier, people have also told me that, and she loves the food, we are very happy.”
